Viewing your children

Click My Children in the parent sidebar to see your linked children. If you have multiple children in the group, they are all listed here.

Editing your child's details

Click on a child to open the edit dialog. If you have multiple children, you will first see a selector to choose which child to edit.

Fields you can update include:

  • Medical information — allergies, medications, and conditions.
  • Dietary requirements — vegetarian, vegan, allergies, intolerances.
  • Emergency contacts — name, relationship, phone, email.
  • Consent permissions — swimming, photographs, sensitive information, contact sharing.
  • SEN information — Special Educational Needs or support requirements.
  • First aid consent — which treatments your child can receive (Paracetamol, Plasters, Suncream, etc.).

Changes are saved immediately and visible to leaders straight away.

Completing missing information

Your group leader may send you a link asking you to complete missing information for your child. This takes you to a dedicated page where you can fill in any gaps — medical details, emergency contacts, consent forms, and more.

Look out for emails from your group containing a "complete information" link.

What leaders can see

Leaders see the information you provide when planning events, taking attendance, and managing activities. Accurate medical and dietary information is essential for your child's safety at camps, trips, and meetings.
